All KEY properties must be checked, the wizard forces this automatically.

(note: you can leave this off and configure your rule later after you have submitted and applied the new rule by viewing the rule properties in the Inventory Manager rule list view of the console)

10. FINISHED: You will now see the New Rule Finish dialog. The results of your new rule submission will begin to appear automatically in the results view. Once it shows Complete you can click Finish and the wizard will close.

Great! you have just created a new custom inventory rule, you can now refresh the rules list in the console and view your new rule.

Remember - you may still need to modify the properties of the rule and or enable reporting for the rule to become active.

See WMI Rules Wizard for more details about the interface.
