C# – Hand Motion Recognition With AForge.NET
This is a video presentation of my final year project at University of Newcastle upon Tyne. It demonstrates the use of AForge.NET libraries in order to recognize hand palm movements in real time using a web camera built into a laptop.
Currently the accuracy of the results produced by the solution is highly dependent on lighting and rotation. In most cases, however, it is able to recognize more than half of positive hits.
