Windows PowerShell: Retrieving Current Share Permissions
This video is a sample from Skillsoft’s video course catalog. Microsoft PowerShell provides Server Message block (SMB) cmdlets that let you easily retrieve file shares and their current share-level permissions. In this video, Byron Hynes demonstrates how to retrieve shares on a computer with the Get-SmbShare cmdlet, and how to get the access control list (ACL) of the shares using the Get-SmbShareAccess cmdlet.
